Cancelling your subscription
Manage your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Deleting your account
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. If you no longer have access, email support@eqlibrium.ai and we'll handle it within 30 days.
 

Billing and refunds
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. For refunds, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.
